PaperSurfing
PaperSurfing

In a PaperSurfing session, 6 participants talk about a topic for 3 hours.

Each participant brings a text on this topic, which is read aloud.

The discussion is moderated by simple rules so that everyone can speak and be heard.

The interest in listening to others and exchanging thoughts is the driving force behind PaperSurfing.

One could say that PaperSurfing brings friends and strangers together through texts.

A Surf goes something like this:

  1. Each participant brings a text and reads it aloud.
  2. The text is important to you, freely chosen, of any kind and can be up to 400 words long..
  3. After each reading, the group spends 20 minutes talking about the text and what has been said so far.
  4. Halfway through, there is a break to eat together. Everyone brings a little something to share.
